Juan Felipe Merizalde has been appointed as ICC Court Member for the term 2024-2027
Juan Felipe Merizalde has been appointed as ICC Court Member for the term 2024-2027. For the term running from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2027, the new Court is comprised of the president, 19 vice-presidents, and 170 members from 119 countries.

He has also been appointed as Ex Officio Member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.

Juan Felipe Merizalde participated as a speaker at the XII International Arbitration Congress organized by the Colombian Arbitration Committee in Bogota
Our partner, Juan Felipe Merizalde, participated as a speaker at the XII International Arbitration Congress "Challenges and perspectives of national and international arbitration in Colombia" organized by the Colombian Arbitration Committee (CCA). He addressed the topic "The Applicable Law in International Arbitration". This event was held in Bogota from 4 to 6 June 2024.

Stephan Adell participated as a speaker at the 12th ICC Brazilian Arbitration Day and the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy in Sao Paulo
Our partner, Stephan Adell, participated as a speaker at the 12th ICC Brazilian Arbitration Day, a key event in Latin America co-organized by ICC Brasil and the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC Arbitration) since 2015. This year’s edition took place in São Paulo on 7 March and it also featured the 2nd and 3rd workshop of the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy for Latin America, co-chaired by Stephan Adell, Valeria Galíndez, and Cecilia Azar.
