Simón is a Colombian practitioner who focuses his practice on international arbitration.
Before joining Adell & Merizalde, Simon worked at a Colombian law firm in the banking and capital markets practices.
Simon has completed studies in international arbitration and public international law. In 2023, he completed an academic exchange at the Universität Mannheim, Germany on international arbitration, international law, and European law. Simon was also a finalist in the 2023 ICDP International Procedural Law Competition and a member of the Insurance and Civil Liability Research Group at Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia.
